Borderless Sounds of Europe – Melodies on the Move
Europe as a sound space without rigid borders: melodies travel, styles meet and diversity becomes dialogue.

InstrumentationEarth&Rose Baroque Trio · flexible formation
Durationapprox. 60–75 minutes
Concept
This programme travels through the musical landscapes of the Baroque: from Italy through France and Germany to England and Scandinavia. Musicians, dances and ideas moved constantly across Europe; national styles were recognisable, but never isolated from one another.
Italian virtuosity meets French elegance, the German art of synthesis meets distinctive English and Nordic colours. Historical music thus becomes a contemporary image of cultural openness.
