Ozeano Bat
Sound paths between Cuba and the Basque Country — a poetic dialogue of sea, memory and transformation.

InstrumentationFlute · Harp
Durationapprox. 60–75 minutes
Concept
Ozeano Bat connects two coasts that at first glance seem far apart: Cuba and the Basque Country. Flute and harp open a transparent, colourful sound space in which historical traces, inherited melodies and contemporary compositions meet.
Here the sea is more than an image: it stands for movement, migration, memory and the courage to reach new shores. Ozeano Bat makes cultural connections audible without smoothing over differences—a poetic programme for history, the present and human encounter.
