Myths, Faith and Love – Longing for Ancient Dreams

Ancient stories, new sounds: a programme about myth, faith, love and the longing for what outlasts us.

A concert project by Earth&Rose, founded and artistically directed by Alberto Rosas Llerena in Regensburg.

Myths, Faith and Love – Longing for Ancient Dreams – Flute · Piano · Solo flute
InstrumentationFlute · Piano · Solo flute
Durationapprox. 60–75 minutes

Concept

This programme brings together music in which ancient images and existential questions live on. Classical narratives, spiritual gestures, Romantic longing and dance energy meet across times and styles.

Flute and piano become storytellers: mysterious and otherworldly, passionate and virtuosic, sometimes filled with deep inner calm. A concert between imagination and personal memory.
